Benn’s United Methodist Church

Christmas Candlelight Celebration: On Sunday, Dec. 23, at 7 p.m., this will feature special music from our choir, Praise Band and children as we celebrate Jesus, the one who came to save! We will conclude our service with the lighting of candles and singing of “Silent Night.”

Christmas Eve Candlelight Communion Service: On Monday, Dec. 24, at 7 p.m., gather around the manger in the quiet of the stable to hear the greatest story ever told as we welcome this child of peace, hope, joy and love. Enjoy beautiful music and share a special Christmas Eve communion with us, followed by our traditional candle lighting.

Exercise group: The Walking Warriors Exercise Group will meet each Tuesday and Thursday from 5 to 6 p.m. New members welcome.

Community Harvest Outreach

Christmas gifts for children: This will be done on Saturday, Dec. 15, from 10 a.m. to noon. In order to get toys you must bring a valid I.D. and the children in your household. We service children 3-13. We look forward to seeing you this season. For more information, call 556-5403.

Christmas with the Hunters: Come celebrate Christmas with the Hunters on Monday, Dec. 17, from 7 to 9 p.m., at North Court Street and Courthouse Highway. Bring your whole family out for free horse and buggy rides, caroling, food and games. For more information, call 556-5403.
