The Environment Committee of the Woman’s Club of Windsor Inc. (WCW) read the Dr. Suess book “The Lorax” to the preschool at My Pumpkin Patch in Windsor on Tuesday, April 22. 

A WCW news release noted that the book encourages conservation, and the club visit included an activity of planting seeds, which was done so the children can watch them grow. 

A copy of the book was presented to the school, along with Dr. Suess bookmarks and coloring pages related to the book given to each child.
