The 2023 Windsor High School homecoming queen was announced at halftime of the school’s varsity football game Friday, Sept. 29. Wearing the crown is Preslei Pagan, flanked by her mom, Rebecca Beale, and dad, Anthony Pagan. At the homecoming dance Saturday, Sept. 30, Demond Smith was announced as the homecoming king.
