Sam Welty, the muralist who designed the Girl Scout Troop 1105 mural on another building, also painted the Woman's Club mural with the help of Shah Moten.

The Woman’s Club of Windsor held a dedication ceremony for the recently completed mural on one of the oldest buildings in the town. Work began Nov. 15 and was completed ahead of the Thanksgiving holiday. It features four panels, three of which involved restoring the faded signage of past businesses, and the fourth a LOVE mural with a frog and the names of donors.
