Windsor Ruritans announce 2021 scholarship recipients

The Windsor Ruritan Club presented scholarships to its 2021 recipients July 20 during the club’s monthly meeting at the Ruritan Building.
Each 2021 scholarship is in the amount of $1,000.
Those receiving the scholarships included Emily Rae Coyle, Adrianna Harper and Meredith Scott.
The presentations were made by Bentley Richardson.
