In observance of Presidents Day on Feb. 15,

all Isle of Wight County offices will be closed on Feb. 15 and re-open on Feb. 16. The refuse and recycling centers will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Monday.

The Town of Windsor office also will be closed on Feb. 15, and re-open on Feb. 16. Trash collection on Wednesday is not affected.

All branches of the Blackwater Regional Library will be closed on Feb. 15.
