FRANKLIN — Sarah Spivey Lowe, 96, passed away on Feb. 25, 2020, in the East Pavilion.

She was a member of Colosse Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star, Franklin Chapter.

Left to cherish her memory are a daughter, Carolyn Lowe Scott of Windsor; two grandsons; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral was at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 29, in Wright Funeral Home, with the Rev. Tim Webb officiating. Burial followed in Colosse Baptist Church Cemetery.
