WINDSOR
On Oct. 23, Windsor’s Planning Commission approved a site plan for the second phase of the Holland Meadows development, which is proposed to include 44 new houses, each located on roughly one-half an acre of land.
Phase I, which is located on John Henry Street off of Shiloh Drive, began in the late 2000s according to Town Manager Michael Stallings. Phase II, which will be constructed by Ashdon Builders, is planned to connect to phase one at the intersection of John Henry and Lena Rose streets and at the intersection of John Henry and Savannah streets.
According to Stallings, the developers have already completed most of the site work and are ready to start building as soon as they finish their required paperwork.
