WINDSOR

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Sproul of Windsor, Virginia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Angela Lynn Sproul of Franklin, Virginia, to Christopher Neal Howell of Franklin.

Chris is the son of Eva White (Robert) and Dee Howell (Naomi).

Angela is a 2009 graduate of Old Dominion University with a Master’s degree in Education.

Chris is a 2006 graduate of Virginia Tech with a Bachelor’s degree in Forestry.

A May wedding is planned at Harleys Haven in Windsor, and the couple will reside in Franklin on return from their honeymoon.
