Isle of Wight County recently became a certified Virginia Values Veterans locality. As an official Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Veterans Services program, V3 promotes the hiring and retention of a highly-skilled talent pool of veterans. Through the V3 program, Isle of Wight County will have access to unique opportunities to market its’ employment opportunities to veterans as well as accessing best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining veterans.
