The Isle of Wight Couny Museum wants to scan your photographs.

In your family scrapbooks are images that help tell the story of Isle of Wight County. By bringing them to the museum and allowing us to scan them for our collection, your family history will enable us to tell a more detailed story of our county.

What interests us? Everything … especially photos of landmarks, people, industry, farming, crops, animals and buildings.

Visit us today with your images. We’ll scan them, gather information from you and send you home with your family treasures.

We can also give you some tips on ways to better protect and care for your family heirlooms.

Bring those images to the museum, 103 Main St., Smithfield, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday, May 4.
