Isle of Wight Academy was recently awarded a $1,000 grant from the Exxon Mobil Corporation Educational Alliance Program. This program provides Exxon and Mobil retailers with educational funds to support the communities they serve.

The money from this grant will be used to enhance math and science programs at Isle of Wight Academy. Isle of Wight Academy partnered with Brian Atwood of Parker Oil and Propane to receive this grant.

“We are grateful for the support of business like Parker Oil and Propane who partnered with us on this grant enabling us to provide additional support to our math and science programs,” said Mary-Margaret Wells, director of development at Isle of Wight Academy.
