American Legion Post 49 Legionnaire Frank Falcon was recently awarded the Citation for Meritorious Service.

This award is given at the post level to very select individuals to recognize their continued service and contributions to the Post and local community.

Falcon was recognized for his many years of service as Post 49 Finance Officer and leadership supporting key programs and initiatives.

He was a steadying influence at the post when it experienced the unexpected deaths of two of its adjutants.
