• On 3/19/18, Azariah R. Tighe, 21, of Suffolk, was arrested for Carrying a Concealed Weapon.
• On 3/20/18, Lamont P. Massenburg, 44, of Windsor, was arrested for Abduction and Assault on a Family Member.
• On 3/25/18, Burrell Rodinson Jr., 63, of Richmond, was arrested for Public Intoxication.
• On 3/27 /18, Crystal S. Johnson, 26, of Windsor, was arrested on a warrant for Contempt of Court.
• On 3/30/18, Amanda V. Neely, 29, of Windsor, was arrested for Burglary, PWJD Schedule 1/11 Controlled Substance X 3 and Larceny
• On 3/31/18, Cassi D. Cunningham, 27, of Suffolk, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
• On 3/31/18, Laural L. Murphy, 19, of Portsmouth, was arrested for Possession of Marijuana.
• On 3/31/18, Ricardo A. Pociano, 23, of Portsmouth, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
• On 3/31/18, Julie A. Kelly, 18, of Portsmouth, was arrested for Underage of Possession of Alcohol.
